We perfer that all matters of automotive concern are addressed at once rather than over serveral months and many visits. We stress the importance of perventative maintenance rather than emergency or patchwork re

pair. This has allowed us to grow our customers base from intemittent crisis managment to routinely performed maintenance service. Our customers are given mailed thank you cards after each appointment and then reminder post cards three months later.
