A big thank you to everyone in the community and our Don-Mor employees who dropped off dog and cat food and other donations at our front offices!
Last week, our team made a trip over to the Humane Society London & Middlesex to drop off all the donations!

HSLM does incredible work for animals in our community, providing shelter, medical care, and a path to a loving home for pets who need one. Every bag of food and every donation helps them keep that mission going, especially during the times of year when it's needed most.

Supporting HSLM is an easy way to make a real difference for animals right here in London. We're proud to play a small part in that, and grateful to everyone who dropped something off at our front desk to help.

Don-Mor CARSTAR is proud to keep supporting the Humane Society London & Middlesex and the work they do for our community's animals.

Big thanks to our friends at CARSTAR Canada for another great Essential Estimating Course earlier this week!

We brought together team members from across various our departments - from Parts and Detail to Finance and Customer Service - for a full day of hands-on learning at Humane Society London & Middlesex's beautiful Community Engagement Centre. Everyone left with a deeper appreciation for the skill and complexity behind the work our Repair Planners do every day, and new ideas to keep growing as a team.

A huge thank you to Chris and Kevin for leading the course and taking the time to dig into our everyday processes with us. Your insights and your recognition of what our team is doing well meant a lot.

And of course, a shoutout to Steel Grill Catering for keeping us fueled with a delicious lunch!

We're already looking forward to the next one!

Not all body shops are the same, and this is one of the reasons why.

At Don-Mor CARSTAR, when damage isn’t fully visible from the outside, our DFR (Disassembly for Repair) team completes a full teardown before any repairs begin.

Hidden damage is more common than most people realize. What may look like a simple bumper repair can often reveal a much different story underneath. By fully disassembling the vehicle first, we identify all damage upfront and order exactly what’s needed from the start.

The result is fewer surprises, no mid-repair delays, and a more accurate, efficient repair process done right the first time.
