Overwhelmed by the amount of support we’ve had this year for the ! Thank you London for helping us out again by donating your warm clothing for those in need.

Our donation box has been emptied many times this season and we are continuing to collect warm clothing for the next few weeks. If you have any items at home that you can donate, it would be much appreciated

WINSTON - ADOPTED

I am Winston. I am about 6 months old and am some sort of
Boston x Bulldog mix. I start my story with once upon a time I had a family. Not sure what happened to them, or why they decided they didn’t want me anymore but I found myself at the shelter after a nice lady found me on the side of the road, I walked into my cage and looked all around, it didn’t smell like home but it was a lot less scary than the busy street I was on. I am a bit shy when I first meet new people but I am getting better and more socialized every day with my foster family. I do growl at new things if I am scared but please know I am not mean I am just frightened. I liked wearing this fun Subaru Of London Bandana for my photo so I think I would like to have more fun things to wear.

I am great with other dogs that are my size and kinda lower energy. I do not require a whole bunch of exercise or mental stimulation like some of these younger pups do but I do enjoy going on walks and playing with my toys at home. I have not met any kitties in my foster home but at the shelter I was fine with them, as long as your kitty is dog savvy all will be well. I would not like to live with loud or young kids as I am looking for a quieter home to be in.

I am good in my crate and I will nap in there or even take a full sleep in there when I am needing to be home alone, I should continue my crate training as I am still young. I am house trained as long as you are paying attention to me and pick up on my cues to go out. I am ok on car rides but I do drool when I get nervous so I would probably be best to have my own blanket and travel crate. I like to go on walks around the neighborhood as well and explore all the sights and sounds

SUBARU - ADOPTED

Hello. I am Subaru and I am another of the Turbo puppies. I am 8 weeks old. I am a boy and I am the biggest of the litter. I am a Bully x Lab mix and I am super sweet and kinda the biggest boy of the litter. I love everyone and everything and am definitely a fan favourite. Everyone who meets me falls in love with my puppy dog eyes and my little wagging tail. I am looking for a family who will have a nice squishy bed for me and of course one that will give me lots of pets and walks. If you are looking for a first time dog to get I am the one for you.

I am great with all other dogs and have been well socialised since coming into foster care. I would be a great pup brother to another dog but I also would be a great only pup too. I am fine with cats and only want to play with them. Some kitties don’t wanna play but others are fun to pounce on. If I live with kitties you might have to remind me to be gentle with my puppy teeth. I am fine with kids and as long as they are respectful to a little pupper like me we will be just fine.

My crate training and my house training are going well. I will be a bit sad and nervous my first night with my new family so please be a bit patient with me while we get our routine and schedule together. I am a lover of toys and definitely require my new family to have toys for me to keep busy with when I am feeling playful. I am a good traveller and am learning how to walk on my leash like a little gentleman
