As a Customer Service Representative, Stacey plays a vital role in closing all files and ensuring timely billing to insurance providers, making the repair process seamless for customers.
Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that every customer gets the support they need.
Beyond the office, Stacey’s passion for community involvement shines through her volunteer work. She lends her time to events across Ontario, including fairs, monster truck shows, and the Ontario Agricultural Show, bringing the same enthusiasm and dedication to her volunteer efforts as she does to her role at CARSTAR.
