Good things come to those that wait...
Lightfoot Gas was established in 1994 with the support of the Cayoose Creek people and Band Council and the dreams of Kathy Grant Grossler.
From a small humble beginning, Lightfoot Gas has continuously expanded to meet the needs of this region. Thanks to the vision and energy of my late husband Brian Grossler. The facility you see today presents an attractive and welcoming site for both local residents and visitors travelling through our community. True to Brian's character, we built for the future.
With the support from Band members, from people in the Lillooet area, from the increasing number of tourists, we have successfully expanded our products and service level. The hope is to continue improving to meet the future needs of customers and to contribute to the well-being of the greater Lillooet Community.
I hope Lightfoot Gas will continue to play a significant role in employment, skill development, especially among the younger members of the community. By expanding the horizons and dreams of our youth through economic opportunity, we can assist them in achieving their true potential.
I have sold Lightfoot Gas to the Sekwelwas Cayoose Creek. The deal has been finalized. I wish them well on this journey.
Thank you for the support over the years I enjoyed my time at Lightfoot.
A special thanks to my staff. They are the frontline workers that make your day better
Harold, Richard, Jack, Harold, Jason, Christian, Fred, Jessica, Christina, Denise. I could not do it without you.
