Sometimes a repair looks straightforward until we get into it. Rusted bolts, seized parts, hidden damage, unexpected complications, or waiting on the right replacement part can quickly change the timeline.

We would rather take the extra time to do the repair properly than rush a vehicle out the door just to meet an estimate.

Fall rain sneaks up fast around here. 🌧️

1️⃣ Streaking or skipping: if your wipers leave streaks or skip across sections of the glass, the rubber's worn past its job

2️⃣ Squeaking or chattering: a healthy blade glides quietly; noise usually means the edge has hardened or cracked

3️⃣ Cracked or fraying rubber, a quick look at the blade edge tells you everything; visible cracks mean it's time

Wiper blades are one of the easiest things to put off, until you actually need them in a downpour or snow.

If your car pulls to one side on a straight road, that's not something to just get used to. 🚗↔️

1️⃣ A crooked steering wheel at highway speed or uneven tire wear are the two most common signs your alignment is off
2️⃣ Hitting a pothole or curb hard enough is usually all it takes to knock alignment out, even if nothing looks damaged
3️⃣ Left alone, misalignment wears tires unevenly, shortens their lifespan, and can make your car harder to control in an emergency stop

It's a quick check, and catching it early means your tires last longer instead of wearing out on one side before the other.

3 signs your cabin filter is working overtime. 🌫️

1️⃣ Weak airflow — if the fan's on high but barely anything's coming through, the filter's likely clogged
2️⃣ Musty or stale smell — a filter loaded with dust and smoke particles starts smelling stale the second the AC or heat kicks on
3️⃣ Windows fog up and won't clear — reduced airflow means your defroster can't do its job properly

None of these mean anything's broken, just that the filter's overdue. It's usually a 15-minute swap.

Ever noticed your vehicle still has some life left when the fuel gauge says empty? ⛽

That's because most vehicles have a built-in fuel reserve. When your gauge hits "E", you're not necessarily out of gas, manufacturers intentionally leave a small buffer to help prevent drivers from getting stranded.

That said, treating your fuel tank like a countdown challenge isn't a great habit. Consistently running low on fuel can cause extra strain on your fuel pump and increase the chances of sediment from the bottom of the tank making its way through the system.

The reserve is there for emergencies, not as part of your weekly routine.
