We had the pleasure of tinting some more tail lights this week. The customer even threw us a curve ball and wanted the front and back marker lights painted the same color as the car. We were all a bit skeptical but they turned out great! 2022 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Edition

Your insurance company will always try and get you to go to one of the preferred shops they have chosen. This is very misleading to a lot of customers who are in an accident. We found this little bit of information from this website specifically regarding any Alberta insurance claims. It is 100% your choice where you take your vehicle to be repaired. Let us be your choice !

You have the right to have your vehicle’s damage estimated and repaired at the auto body shop of your choice. When you select the shop, the responsibility for a satisfactory repair job rests with you, not the insurer. Any dispute about the quality of the repair or the collision shop’s guarantee or warranty is a contractual matter between you and the repair shop. So, it is in your best interest to shop carefully for a body shop. Once you have chosen a shop, notify your insurance company

An insurance company cannot require that your vehicle be repaired at a specific repair shop. However, an insurance company can recommend that the damage be estimated and repaired at a specific repair shop.

When an insurance company states or implies that they guarantee repairs if you take your vehicle to a shop they choose ask about the details of that guarantee and ask to see the written guarantee. Often, an insurance company’s guarantee is actually the shop’s guarantee, and the responsibility for a satisfactory repair job will remain a contractual matter between you and the shop – just as if you had chosen the shop.

I have been a bit behind with updates on here. Here is one of the major repairs we fixed from a 4 car pileup on whoop up. The before and after photos are a huge difference.

Hi Michael. I haven’t forgotten the amazing service you provided when I was in an accident on October 30 2021. I had never been in an accident before and I didn’t really know how to deal with everything. One call took care of that. From my initial call to Lethbridge Dodge until I picked up my Jeep Compass I had excellent care well above and beyond any I have had in the past.
From my first phone call with Michael I knew I was in great hands. Within an hour of my call Michael was at my place accessing the damage to my Jeep. He then took the time to explain to me the process of reporting the accident to the police and what to expect. My car was then taken by Michael to the dodge dealership where it was repaired.
Michael kept me informed as the repairs were made and did everything he could to make sure they were done before my rental allowance ran out.
A truly stressful time for me was made much easier because of all the great people at Lethbridge Dodge.
I told my friend about the great service I received. She said she wasn’t surprised as she always received great service when she took her Jeep in for service.
Once again thank you for all you did.
