Hamilton guys this is not the proper way to put the o-ring! It can get expensive for you if you install it this way. Lucky this one only caused some cavitation damage. The O-ring goes in the boat housing first!

Had a couple 1875 Kingfisher boats in here. Both getting new 3/8” bottoms, uhmw, and best of all fire fish pump boxes and stomp grate. Unfortunately for one it was too late and already broke the pump.

Finally got my hands on a set of Southern Jet 216’s! Very tough impellers and were still in good shape considering I’ve seen the videos of them in action, Firefish Industries Ltd put them through their paces! Thanks for chance at rebuilding these!
