This September, DK Ford is taking part in the Ford Food Drive in support of the Leduc Food Bank, and I’m proud to be spearheading our efforts here at DK.

Last year, we collected the equivalent of 512 lbs of food, including cash donations. This year, I’ve set our goal at 1,024 lbs.

With the demand food banks have been facing, this is something that’s really important to me. We’re fortunate to be part of an incredible community here in Leduc, and I believe supporting that community means stepping up when there’s a need.

Throughout September, I’ll be reaching out to local businesses, vendors, customers and friends to see if we can bring as many people together as possible to help the Leduc Food Bank.

If you’d like to contribute, we’ll be accepting donations at DK Ford until the end of September. Every donation, big or small, gets us a little closer to that goal.

And if you’re a local business that would like to get involved, please reach out to me. We’d love to recognize the businesses that help us along the way.

Our community has supported DK for a long time. This is one small way we can give some of that support back.
