We had our hearts set on finding a Keystone Hideout 318 BR and very few were offered with only a couple acrually in stock in Ontario. Sturgeon woods had one, and being from Sudbury thought, "oh boy,here we go" Long distance purchase (over 7 hrs away), never fun. Worried about Covid gouging as well. Couldn't be more wrong. Mike and Sheri were an absolute pleasure to deal with. All inquiries were responded to promptly. And believe me, I had many, many inquiries as i was buying it sight unseen ( did view one here in Sudbury that was already sold). They had the lowest price of anyone in the province (slightly under MSRP) while at the same time some others are gouging 2 - 6k over MSRP. They agreed to have someone meet us partway when I went to pick it up saving me about 4-5 hrs drive time. That's when we met Josh who patiently walked us through the trailer and answered all our questions. Not often you see so many great employees at one business.
