Just a friendly reminder ! Winter is here , so please avoid parking on streets if at all possible so we can clear the roads ! Also you are not allowed to shovel your driveway onto the roads!

06/18/2024

Just a friendly reminder that all yards are to be cut and w**d wacked and free of garbage, all homes must have good siding or paint and skirting must all be all in good standing for park appearances!
Thank you!

If tenants have cars on roads now would be a good time to remove them and let the road crew guys clean up the snow from this big storm!
Please and Thank you

Well I think we finally got through winter😁 !!
So now that spring and summer are here, I would like to remind everyone that it is yard clean up time!
It your responsibility to keep yard neat and tidy and grass cut in front and back and w**ds pulled etc, all garbage to be picked up!
For the next week we will allow the dumpsters to be used for any garbage that you have ! Not appliances, beds, couches, bbqs or anything of that nature!
Thank you

Winter is right around the corner please make sure all your pipes are heat traced and all skirting is secured please!
Just also a friendly reminder to drive the speed limits posted within the park thank you!

08/13/2022

Just a reminder , since some roads are smoother the speed limit within the park is still 30 Kms a hr, I have noticed more traffic driving way faster then should be !
Please slow down and remember we are a family community!!!

Just a friendly reminder school is now out for summer and to please follow the signs for speed to allow the safety of the children within the park!

Also a reminder to make sure w**ds and grass trimming is being done please and thank you!
