Coming on Friday: Join us this week as we do the final assembly and get Margaret all together and out for a ride! Everything has to get done from Installing the pushrods, setting the valves, torquing the Heads down, installing the Exhaust and dealing with more "Bad Parts" that don't fit right at all. I also get aggravated with telemarketers, and loose my mind, but we power on through it all to get her back out on the road again. There is no better feeling, when the work is all done, than to get your "Knees in the Breeze" on a beautiful warm "T Shirt" riding summer day. Coming on Friday: "Nothing is more terrifying than hitting the brakes on a vintage machine and feeling the pedal sink halfway to the floor. Most enthusiasts blame the master cylinder, but the real culprit is likely trapped air inside your new calipers. As the final steps come together we bench bleed our master cylinder and then use the vacuum pump to set up the rear brake its the only way to eliminate those stubborn air pockets." Join us on Friday.
