What You'll Do
Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing journey
Understand customer needs and recommend the right BMW vehicle and ownership solutions
Deliver exceptional product presentations and demonstrations
Present financing, leasing, and ownership options professionally and confidently
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring a premium customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business
Collaborate with management and team members to achieve dealership goals
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience is required***
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation
