We are closed for the past week and for the next 2 to 3 weeks due to the fact of a huge blood clot in my leg that had to be dealt with and I have to stay off my feet and being we are not paid download custom review boxes we are not bringing in staff to do it. Would you?

When it comes to u-haul and there dealers they're like an organized crime they steal from their dealers they're corrupt in ways a wiggling and squirming their way out of paying. As a u-box rental and storage dealer on top of truck and trailer rentals for one way trips. I been a u-box dealer since 2015 Sept. To date. Not on initial rental of you boxes it's been no problem getting paid for those it's the month to month storage that we have not been paid for any of it for example months July and August we had 22 boxes in our warehouse this plug us up solid we should have had a substantial commission check which we did not have any. When you go after them they say you been payed here or you been payed there for month to month storage well if that's my month to month storage where is my commission for the boxes I rented out on those days. they backpedal. they are delinquent at almost $8,000 in storage fees before tax but yet if a customer is a month late we are to lock them out. 4 months late we to send customers box to action. Yet customer can' complain about a $10 cleaning charge that we have to pay staff to clean the vehicle as it was returned dirty inside but yet U-Haul will refund the customers $10 and we don't get paid we're just out of pocket and wages and cleaning supplies advise anyone from my 2-year experience fighting with them just think twice before becoming a U-Haul U-Box dealer as you don't get paid for taking their boxes out of the warehouse putting a cover on them and loading the boxes on a trailer with a forklift and hooking the trailer to a customer's vehicle and I'm hoping it when it returns folding all the moving blankets that just end up in the heat in the Box there is no pay for any of this and if we charge the customer for it U-Haul refunds them even though it was charged out on our own service invoices each box is about a 45-minute time frame to make ready to go now when you have 6 boxes for a customer to do this with that's a half a day's labor and $32 and propane for the forklift plus tax as a forklift only runs for one and a half hours on a tank this does not include wages wear and tear on the forklift maintenance having the body forklift to be a U-Box dealer having to buy a pallet jack to move the boxes in the transport trucks I was going to build a loading dock where we could drive the forklift straight into the transport that was my initial plan but being there's no money in it and you don't get paid sure you got paid $15 for each box you have to load or unload off of a transport every transport driver what do you get paid we're doing this I tell them $15 each every driver has been floored by my answer says you wouldn't get me doing it for that. Oh get this when I first approached them about not getting paid for my month to month storage they sent me my statements circling all my load unload pays of 15 and $30 trying to claim that that's my month to month storage Commission what a joke if that's my commission it ain't worth having these huge boxes and second where is my pay for a load unload on those days they just blow smoke at you now you wonder why we have had six area managers in five years that's right six area managers in five years something wrong wouldn't you say even the last two area managers don't buy into U-Hauls excuses of being paid my month to month storage Commission look for my upcoming video on our YouTube channel of the goings-on with U-Haul telephone recording emails and text messages and a whole lot more including vehicle safety. as much as we didn't want to we have had to proceed with legal action as we've gotten nowhere with them in the past year. which will also include loss of income from being locked down on U-Haul and you boxes since September of 2016 as we have been on lockdown we have turned away every booking for you boxes and truck and trailer rentals and we have kept track of every customer's name and phone number that just tried to book since September 2016. We're not alone in this A to z rentals use to do u boxes before us and was not getting paid their month the month either and they lockdown refusing to give customer their boxes same as if the customers didn't pay and I got a phone call begging me to take on the boxes the fool I was I took it also a good friend of my brother from Prestige limousine had the boxes before A to Z and the same thing there we regret having to do this but we have to stand up for ourselves as most of you know dealing with big corporations is never easy
