As time goes on and tires get heavier throughout winter months Jimmy Diabo has retired on and passed his business down to his son. Jim's Garage was a word of mouth success, as the word spread fast that there was a new garage in town, Jim would never actually advertise his business, as he en

joyed working on his time. Now that he's sitting back and relaxing, there is now two locals employed whom are ready to take on the challenges that your vehicle has to offer. The name changed to JD's garage in early September 2013, Advertising is on the rise and we've seen many happy customers leave here happy.. some have returned for other issues or to have a cup of coffee, others have not.. this could only mean that we fixed it right! Jd's Garage is is a two bay garage with a car lift on one bay and tire changing station in the other.. we are ready to take on any job you may have.. if we simply can't do the job, we will direct you to someone who can. Our prices are right as we charge as little as $40/hr. Oil changes start at $45.00, we do tune ups, brakes tires! We get our parts at the best possible prices so we can pass the savings on to you.. JD's garage is more then just a garage.. we'll treat you like family!

Tire Balance Recall:

Dates: Monday November 21 2016 to Friday November 25 2016.

On Friday November 15 2016, JD's Garage discovered that our balancing machine was not properly calibrated and decided to retire (No pun intended), due to this malfunction, we have removed this machine and replaced it.. after a series of testing, our vehicles are once again leaving the shop properly balanced.

Approximately 100-125 vehicles MAY have been affected which can cause your vehicle to shimmy.

If you have had your tires mounted and balanced at JD's Garage between November 21 2016 and November 25 2016 and you feel shaking that was not present prior to your installation... please contact JD's Garage at 438-827-5467 Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm with your name and date of tire installation to schedule an appointment to have your tires Re-Balanced at absolutely no cost to you.

JDs apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we rectify this matter.

As winter tire season approaches.. we will be compelled to save some $$ and buy used tires and rims from online yard sales, kijiji, Craigslist and other media outlets..

Jds Garage wishes to remind you to carefully check that the tire will firstly fit your vehicle.. just because your vehicle has 16" tires does not mean that any size 16" tire or rim will fit..

Secondly.. inspect the tire prior to purchase.. though the tire may look meaty and new.. cracks and dry rotting are good signs of a bad tire.. you certainly don't want to put tires on that may shred apart while you're driving..

Thirdly... have your lock nut keys and special lug nut tools readily available for your tire installer.. it saves everyone time and a hassle to search the vehicle high n low..

Drive safely and responsibly this winter..
