Why Do We Believe in Small Business.......

We had a customer in yesterday for a windshield replacement. She said she was off to spend the day just doing some running around for herself. When she returned, she gave me a brief run down of her day which included buying herself a new pair of expensive sandals. She said she picked them up from a little private shop off Academy. We got talking and I knew which shop she was referring to. The guy has been there for years and runs a store for both retail and repairs. She made the comment that she could have gone to the mall to get the same sandals and she may have paid a little more for them, but she just realizes how important small business is. How vital they are to employing residents and how they become part of the community.

That’s what we are striving for every day.
Our employees are vital to our business being alive but they are also the heart and soul of why our doors are open and why we have a huge, long time customer base. We aren’t about fancy marketing or splashy ads. We work to earn our customers trust and we show up every day because our customers depend on us to keep their vehicles looking and running at their best.

Headingley is a wonderful place to be in business and we appreciate our clients. We have customers that have truly become friends and family.

Those who support small business support the people who work at those business. They are employed and that helps them pay for their homes, food in the cupboards, soccer fees and university educations for their kids.
