470kms today. Went to Adventure Moto to pick up a set of Rox Speed FX handlebar risers. 1.75" just what I needed to fit my 6'3" frame on the 1390. These risers make all the difference. So comfortable now. Stand up or sit down riding. Thanks Jamie Buffett for getting me set up. BTW Lark Harbour is definitely worth the visit.

Silver Mountain Lodge NL isn't just a relaxing Lodge located in some of Newfoundland’s best backcountry riding areas. It is but we offer so much more for the outdoor enthusiasts. Powersports adventures, rentals and backcountry tours are our most popular activities we offer outside the comforts of our lodge. But we also offer hiking tours. This one was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. Although not for the faint of heart, this hike will tick all your adventure seeking boxes. Amazing views, unique landscapes (we were walking on the earth's mantle 😱), technical terrain, steep climbs, snow in August (welcome sight, it was 30°c and no wind), amazing mix of plants on solid rock, and numerous waterfalls and wading pools. To top it off was the trail lunch over looking the valley ♥️ This was a very technical hike but worth every drop of sweat! To top it off, meeting new friends is a great added bonus. 👍👍
