Frank's Tips - Heat inside a parked vehicle can become extreme very quickly, and different items can react in dangerous ways:

Here are just a few of the items to avoid leaving in your vehicle on a hot day.

💧 Bottled Water: Plastic bottles can release chemicals when exposed to high heat over time.

📱 Electronics: Phones, tablets, laptops, and battery packs can overheat and excessive heat can damage batteries, shorten lifespan, or cause devices to shut down permanently

🧴 Aerosol Cans: Pressurized cans (spray sunscreen, hairspray, cleaners, etc.) can expand in extreme heat and in severe cases, they may leak, burst, or explode.

and of course it goes without saying that you should never leave kids or pets alone in a parked vehicle, even for “just a minute.
