VW E-Golf with internal isolation issues. We are able to preview what potential issues await us before opening a pack. Some packs are relatively simple to open and some require a bit more invasive procedures anx precautions to open. This pack requires some precision to access the internals.

Update: issue had been mostly resolved. Still some weird things but otherwise back-to-back normal.

We do some cool stuff at Garage-EV. Customer had a Tesla Model S with a battery failure. Common issue with First generation packs is water getting into the pack from corrosion. Removed all cells to inspect, resealed and replaced any damaged componants lastly we sealed he battery with our Waxoyl premium undercoating so this will NOT happen again.
2 things to learn, battery repair is possible and economic and if these cars were protected by proper undercoat like our waxoyl Corrosion issues could have been minimized.
