Today, we celebrate not only Brian's last day at JLM, but the beginning of a well-earned retirement.
Brian, thank you for your years of dedication, loyalty, and unwavering reliability. You have been such an important part of JLM Hagersville since we acquired the location in 2015, and your commitment to the yard and the people around you has never gone unnoticed. Even before JLM, you were a familiar and trusted face, and we're grateful that we had the opportunity to continue that journey with you.
One of the greatest things about Brian is that every conversation leaves you smiling. He is genuine, kind-hearted, and someone who truly cares about his community and the people in it. His positive attitude, steady work ethic, and willingness to lend a hand have made him a valued member of our team and a friend to so many.
While we are certainly going to miss seeing you around the yard, we couldn't be happier for you as you begin this exciting new chapter. We hope retirement brings you everything you've worked so hard for; time with your grandchildren, cherished moments with family and friends, afternoons in the garden, new adventures, plenty of laughter, and the freedom to enjoy all of life's simple pleasures.
Thank you for everything you've given to JLM over the years. Your impact will be felt long after you've left the scales.
