If a small local independent bike shop, like say...Cycle Tech will price match the big box on-line retailers for small parts and beat them on the expensive parts, then why are so many still buying and financially supporting multi-millionaire owners and Novacap private equity firm partner of Fortnine? I'd rather make literally next to nothing price matching them on parts to take the sale than seeing Fortnine continue to make millions...for being a middleman...and who's left in doing the skilled work to install the parts correctly? Not them! And if you think little shops will survive in the long run...think again! They've slowly been closing up all over over the last number of years. When us little shops are all but gone, you'll only be left with the big dealerships...and you know how expensive that will be. Support local!
