Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Do you enjoy working with people, love technology, and have a passion for vehicles? Crosstown Chevrolet is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to help create an outstanding experience for our customers as they take delivery of their new vehicle.

In this role, you'll prepare sold vehicles by ensuring they are detailed, fueled, licensed, and ready for delivery. You'll guide customers through their new vehicle's features, including Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, driver profiles, safety systems, and other technology, coordinate delivery appointments, and follow up after delivery to answer questions and ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied.

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, a valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record, and the confidence to teach customers how to use their vehicle's technology. A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude is essential, and while OMVIC certification is considered an asset, it is not required.

We had a special visitor stop by Crosstown last week.

Teddy came to visit his owner, Tammy, and decided the perfect place to hang out was the tent set up in the back of one of our trucks. He looked pretty comfortable keeping an eye on the showroom from his cozy campsite.
