Four years already? That went by fast.

It feels like Kayla just started, and now here we are celebrating four whole years with her on the team. Time has a way of flying by when someone fits right in and becomes a big part of the team.

Over the course of these four years, Kayla has become someone this team truly leans on. She brings experience to every task and pairs it with a genuine care for getting things right, which is exactly what makes a good teammate great. She is the kind of person others look for when they need a hand, someone who makes a busy day feel a little more manageable just by being there.

A special shoutout to Danika! Two years in, and she has become someone the whole Parts team leans on.

As one of our Parts Advisors, she handles the tricky part numbers, the last minute requests, and the customers who need answers fast, all while keeping a good attitude through it. That kind of steadiness is not always easy to find, and she brings it every single day.

One year down for Carry, one of our Service Appointment Coordinators, and she has hit the ground running.

Getting that role right takes patience and a sharp memory. Juggling schedules, fitting people in, keeping the calendar straight while the phone keeps ringing, all of it lands on her plate, and she handles it with a good attitude every time. That is not an easy job to walk into, and she has made it look easy.

As a Parts Handler, the work does not always get the spotlight, but it keeps everything moving. Orders coming in, orders going out, shelves staying organized, and the whole team relying on that work getting done right. Taylor takes care of all of it without missing a beat.

✨ Three years in, and James has kept things spotless the whole way.

As one of our Detailers, he takes cars that have been through it and brings them back looking brand new. Every swirl buffed out, every panel wiped down, every little detail handled with care. That kind of consistency takes real pride in the work.

Seven years ago, Colton got his start when our Quick Lane first opened its doors. Today he is one of our trusted Ford Technicians, and that is a journey worth celebrating.

We have been lucky to watch a handful of people make that same climb, starting out in the Quick Lane and working their way up to the Ford Tech side. It is one of our favorite stories to tell, and Colton is a great example of what that growth looks like when someone puts in the work.

We are also giving him a little grace here since this shoutout is coming in a bit late, Colton was off enjoying some well earned vacation time. Better late than never though, because seven years like this deserves recognition no matter when it comes.

Nine years in, and Sheldon has become the guy everyone counts on to find exactly what they need.

As one of our Parts Advisors, he handles the tricky part numbers, the last minute requests, and the odd pieces nobody else can track down, and he does it all with patience and an incredible attitude. That's not just skill, that is someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the team and the customers he helps every day.

That first year on the job is all about learning the ropes, and Kate has done exactly that. She has picked up the pace of the Quick Lane, sharpened her skills, and grown into a solid part of the team. That kind of start says a lot about where things are headed.

Another anniversary we're celebrating today!

🔨 Two years in the Body Shop, and Gabe has been hammering out great work since day one.

Every day in that shop means a new challenge. Dents, scratches, panels that need a steady hand and a careful eye. Gabe has been right in the middle of it, learning how the pros make a wrecked car look like it just rolled off the lot. That kind of work takes patience, and he is picking it up fast.

Two years down, plenty more to learn, and clearly he is just getting started. Thanks for the hard work, Gabe. Here is to smoothing out many more years ahead.
