I believe that supporting our veterans in need is a crucial step. They’ve sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms. This year the Tumbler Ridge Riders Snowmobile Association has around 60 paid members. When there’s nearly 2000 members on FB and parking lots filled with $100k trucks and $25k sleds, a membership to help the club maintain the trails you complain about is a small price to “pay to play”.

To those in my group that ride, I emplore you to purchase a season pass. It could make the difference between a riding area available to play in, versus them being closed in the future.

On this day we Remember all those fallen warriors and the men and women who returned home to never be the same again. All so we could be free and live in peace. To all members of our military branches, our hats are off to you this, and EVERY day of the year. Thank you all for your service, we are eternally indebted to you for your sacrifices and invisible struggles. Please know you are loved.

Sometimes we need to pull on our boots and lend a hand. Now is that time. Please read and share. This one is always important to me and I know it is to many of you.

Times are tough for many. Veterans shouldn’t be hungry but they are. The Veterans association food bank satellite location right here in GP has basically empty shelves. I’m a bit staggered and hope others will be stirred to action as well. I have personally been witness to this group of people helping homeless vets get off the streets and into safe and warm living quarters and assistance with addictions. They work so hard.

My goal is to reach $1000 by Remembrance Day. I also hope to smash that goal to bits with your help.

I’m going to start with the first $100 pledge. If anyone would like to help out with a financial amount, receipts are available for amounts over $20.

One can, one bag, one box, one pallet or one truck load, We NEED and appreciate it All🙏🏻

Our Veterans deserve to have Food on their tables too.
