PARTS CLERK

Starting immediately

Job Type:

-Full Time, permanent, 41 hour/week We close at noon on Fridays , no weekends.

Parts Clerk duties and responsibilities:

- Speak with customers about inquiries (in person as well as on the phone)

- Identify, purchase, receive, catalogue, warehouse, and issue parts and supplies as required for the maintenance and repair of trucks and heavy equipment.

- Update and maintain computer inventory system, records, catalogues, and cross references.

- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained; forecast seasonal requirements as required.

- Receive, check, handle, store and issue materials, equipment parts, and tools from warehouse and storage yard.

- Process invoices for record keeping of equipment.

Skills and Experience:

- Friendly, social, and welcoming

- Truck mechanical knowledge is an asset

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Must be bilingual

- Highly efficient and developed computer skills

- Team player

- Driver’s licence
