Unfortunately, I am an excellent reference for Frank and his team at Kootenay Autobody. His cell phone is on my speed dial, so I can even contact him after-hours. I have actually lost count of how many times I have had a vehicle in to Frank’s shop, so I know very well the service he provides is second-to-none. No matter how busy he is, Frank always has time to see me personally and help me with my insurance claims. If I don’t know what I’m covered for by ICBC, he can find out. I have three kids running in three different directions, so being without a vehicle is not an option for me. Kootenay Autobody has great, clean loaners to help me carry on with my family’s crazy schedules. My vehicle is always ready when he promises it will be, and I’m always amazed at how fast he gets the job done. I highly recommend Kootenay Autobody. Now if I can just figure out how to get him to take me fishing!
