Today, we want to share a heartfelt farewell to our Sure Grip Atlantic Manager, Pat Belding.

Pat has been the friendly face, trusted guide, and dedicated support for so many clients across Atlantic Canada. His hard work has strengthened our retail division and helped it grow into a key part of Howell Ventures and Sure Grip Hand Controls.

From answering questions to finding solutions to making every customer feel valued, Pat has left a meaningful mark on this business—and on everyone who’s had the chance to work with him.

Pat, thank you for your professionalism, your commitment, and the genuine care you’ve shown our community. You will be missed by all of us here at Sure Grip Atlantic and HVL.

Hey everyone! Pat Belding here, writing today to share a personal note and some business updates. After almost 8 years with SureGrip Atlantic, I’ve decided it’s time for my next adventure. I’ll be wrapping up at the end of the month to dive back into my own business in the cabinet world, the industry I came from before this, and apparently the place I just can’t quit.

Before leaving, my top priority was making sure the ship wasn’t left without a captain. I’m happy to announce that Brian McHugh will be stepping into the role. Brian brings years of experience in mobility and automotive sales, plus he’s a licensed Red Seal auto technician. His positive attitude, solid knowledge, and industry experience make him more than ready to take on everything that comes with this position. You’re in good hands!

As for me, to say this job has been a pleasure would be an understatement. To all my past clients, associates, co-workers, and the health professionals which I’ve been lucky enough to work with - thank you. Seriously. Thank you. It’s been a chapter I won’t ever forget.
