Looking to fill multiple Call Center Agent positions within the Customer Service Team.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, positive-thinking, diligent individual who is passionate about helping others, providing superb customer service and acts as the first point of contact within the organization. They remain calm under pressure, maintains a friendly attitude and is a creative thinker.
Main Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- Managing inbound/outbound calls regarding financing vehicles, service calls, customer complaints, appointment setting for sales
- Identifying customer needs while thinking ahead and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
- Establish supportive relationships and engage with customers by going that extra mile
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a pleasant phone manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or call center experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
