Gift card terms and conditions

Gift cards MUST be used in the season they were purchased in ( we are open from April-Sept each year and they must be used in the same year they were purchased)
Gift cards are valid for one booking, if you no show (not at your appointment by 8am the day of which we require) you will be required to pay a fee (minimum of 25% of your missed appointment total) when r

ebooking. If you no show to your second appointment your gift card is no longer valid and is non refundable as you have now cost the business money and made other customers miss a chance for an appointment. We book 2-3 weeks in advance and recommend booking your appointment before September 1st of that season to ensure that you will be able to get an appointment as we close September 30th of every season. Gift cards will not be available to purchase for the current season after August of the current season.
