Job Description:
S & J Automotive has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor in Fort St. John. Reporting to the Service Manager, the position will be primarily responsible for:
• Preparing work orders, customer estimates, invoices and reports as required
• Scheduling customer repairs and preventative maintenance
• Communicating with customers on all aspects of repairs
• Creating, entering and closing warranty claims
• Working closely with shop technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
• Order parts
Requirements:
• Previous experience with parts or mechanics an asset
• Computer skills
• Must display sound communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to deal directly with customers
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work on a team
