Hiring: Ticketed Mechanic / Automotive Technician
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Subserious Autoworks @ 133 Mackenzie Street, Fort McMurray AB
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm
About Us:
We’ve been a local family business in Fort McMurray for 30+ years and are looking for a reliable, experienced, and personable ticketed mechanic to join our team. We had focused mainly on aftermarket rims and tires with leveling and lift kits, sound systems, lighting systems and the works, but are now ready to expand our business to provide full mechanical repairs for our clients.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Mounting and installing rims and tires
- Installing lift kits, leveling kits, and lowering kits
- Diagnosing problems on light-passenger vehicles and recommending appropriate repairs, also being able to perform said repairs
- Professional and personable
Qualifications:
- Valid mechanic certification/ticket required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on light-passenger vehicles
- Install aftermarket suspension components and accessories
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
