A little bit of the story behind The Battery Terminal… 💚

The reason we moved to Fort McMurray was actually to start WyGar Industries Ltd. Roger has spent years working with heavy equipment and used oil, and we came here to build our oil reconditioning and oil analysis business.

Along the way, we had this storefront, we knew we'd be here every day anyway, and Roger has always loved batteries… so we thought, why not? 😂

And that’s how The Battery Terminal came to be.
So when you see WyGar and The Battery Terminal together, now you know the story. We’re one family owned business, doing a few different things under one roof here in Fort McMurray.

Roger has always believed buying a battery should be simple.

Why pay a deposit just to get your own money back later?

That's why we chose not to charge core fees.

The price you see is the price you pay. Plus GST, of course.

We're still committed to responsible battery recycling. Bring your old batteries in anytime. We recycle them properly and pay northern market value for scrap batteries.
