d invites all for swimming, especially July through September. It's gentle current makes for a relaxing tube ride. The campsites are different shapes and sizes (due to the many trees!) offering a range of services and each with a firepit & picnic table. There’s a lot of love tucked into this little place. ❤️

Nature’s Hideaway is always a work in progress. There are things to fix, things we want to improve, and plenty of ideas for the future.

But the longer we’re here, the more we realize that a campground is about so much more than the campground itself.

It’s the people we’ve met. The ones who stop to lend a hand or stay for a visit. The friendships made around campfires. Kids spending their summer days at the river. Familiar faces coming back, and new ones becoming part of the story.

We’re proud of the improvements we’re making, but even more grateful for the community that’s growing right alongside them.

Some people are just worth their weight in gold. 💛

Cam is one of those people. From electrical and plumbing to all the unexpected things that come up around the campground, he’s become such a valuable part of our Nature’s Hideaway team.

We’re incredibly lucky to have him — and always happy to see him and his wife, Jess, enjoying a little time at the Hideaway too. 🍃

Thanks for all you do, Cam. We appreciate you more than you know!
