We just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU 🙌

The support, referrals, and trust you’ve all shown us truly means a lot.

We’ve decided to simplify things—everyone who has already given us a referral will receive $1,000, instead of the previous tier system.

And moving forward, it’s simple:
$1,000 for every referral you send our way that results in a purchase.

No tiers. No limits. Just our way of showing appreciation for helping us grow.

If you know someone thinking about a modular home, send them our way!

Thinking about a lane way home or modular build? Let’s keep it real 👇
THE GOOD ✅

• Faster build times (no 2-year waits)
• Way less site disruption
• Clean, controlled construction = better quality
• Perfect for rental income or family space
• Modern designs that actually look good

THE NOT-SO-GOOD ⚠️
• You still need permits (no skipping the line 😅)
• Upfront planning matters more (it’s not wing-it friendly)
• Site access can make or break the project
• Not every company delivers what they promise

THE MODULUX DIFFERENCE 🔥
We guide you through all of it—no confusion, no surprises, no BS. Just a smooth process and a home that shows up ready to impress.
If you’ve been thinking about adding space or income to your property… this might be your sign.

Most people think modular homes are the “cheap option”… until they actually walk through one.

What nobody tells you:
– Built indoors = no weather damage during construction
– Tighter quality control than most site builds
– Faster timelines (you’re not waiting 12–18 months)
– High-end finishes that look just like custom homes

Curious what a modular home really looks like inside?
