🚨As continues across the province, it's the opportune time to do a wellness circle check on yourself and your community. Like your equipment, you need maintenance too.

Make your well-being a priority by taking breaks, staying hydrated, fueling your body, and staying connected so you can show up as your best self for the tasks at hand.

Regardless of this season's outcome, you remain the most valuable asset on the farm.

If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, a trained mental health professional is always just a free phone call away: 24/7/365 at 1-866-267-6255.

Today is a reminder that checking in can matter more than we realize.

In agriculture, we’re used to asking, “How’s the crop doing?” or “How’s the equipment running?” — but sometimes we need to ask each other a different question:

“How are you really doing?”

A conversation doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes simply listening, checking in, or letting someone know they’re not alone can be the place where things start to change.

Today, take a few minutes to check in on a friend, neighbour, customer, coworker or family member.

Talk more. Ask more. Listen more. 🧡

If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available:

📞 Call or text 988 — Canada’s Su***de Crisis Helpline, available 24/7.

🌾 Do More Agriculture Foundation — agriculture-specific mental health resources and support across Canada.

🌱 Agriculture Wellness Ontario — free, confidential mental health counselling for Ontario farmers, farm families and farm employees through the Farmer Wellness Initiative: 1-866-267-6255.

You don't have to have all the answers. You just have to start the conversation.
