Today marks Sunset Beach's 8th Anniversary!
Here's a little aerial view of the changes that have occurred since the first photos were taken before any development in 2016, to the initial lot draw on Aug 19th, 2018, all the way up to this summer.
(It's also interesting to see how high the water level was this summer compared to previous years!)
In 8 years:
-123 of 161 lots sold (76%)
-over 50,000 trees planted to date
-exclusive boat launch, sport court, playground, community fire pit, community gathering area, chip & putt golf, nearly 4 km of trails, Little Free Libraries, outdoor games & activities, and more!
-accessible features including public washroom, beach ramp and mobi-mats, trails, handrails, signage, playground components, parking areas, and more!
We can't wait to see what the next year brings!
