Pontiac Grand am, common hazard relay buzzing. Spring tensioned contacts wear into the copper circuit causing a recession where the contact can no longer properly touch.
Cleaned the surfaces and adjusted the contact for a while longer of use. Will eventually need replacement! Fun partial fix for the time being

If you smell glycol which has a sweet odour to it and your defrost setting fogs the windshield badly, this is likely the culprit.

30$ for an oil change.
Belt prices vary by part.
