This 68 GMC found a new owner on Friday. Sad to see it go but it did go to a good home. Former 3/4 ton work truck turned into 1/2 ton shorty. Custom cab with some neat options like factory speed warning and original buddy buckets. I ditched the 307 4 speed in favour of an ‘09 LY6 6.0 4L80e combo, 3.73:1 posi, full stainless exhaust from Holley, speed engineering headers, animal speed shop mount kit, current performance vortec wiring harness, dakota digital speed box and autometer tach adapter to make the old gauges all work. This will be a pretty good little be**er!

Lots of fitting and refitting panels, gapping and seemingly endless bodywork and block sanding. The only way to get that hood straight was to bodywork and block it bolted and formed to the cowl. Good times👍🏻.
Subtle mods like the home built mini tubs, frenched headlights, tucked front bumper and shaved marker lights make a big difference. The cowl vent and heater intake louvers are back and fully functional.

At first glance this 51 GMC didn’t look too bad…boy was I wrong! I always say to customers to never buy a car in primer because primer can easily hide all sorts of bad bodywork - look for original paint. This old pickup was the gift that kept of giving😬.

This 1967 Mustang was in the shop for some suspension and undercarriage work. The underbody got scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned, Chassis Works mini tub kit installed with 4 link, the missing passenger side torque box was added, the engine bay was sand blasted and bodyworked, and everything was caulked and coated in black epoxy primer. The owner is going to get the engine and suspension set up and then the car will be back in the spring for paint.

This 1969 Camaro went home in July. Although this was a new Dynacorn body, it required extensive work fitting and gapping the panels to dial it in. Lots of hours scratching the surface too! A few rounds of primer and blocking to get it near flawless and straight. It’s got a GM crate 454 lsx and 4L80e combo - 630ish horsepower, ridetech 4 link, narrowed 12 bolt, Detroit speed minitubs and a Detroit speed front subframe and suspension, big Wilwood brakes and Schotts wheels.
