Another done.

Installed a Botslab G980H 4-channel dashcam on this 2026 4Runner.

Front, rear, and two interior cameras—all tucked away with the wiring hidden as much as possible. One of those installs you hopefully never have to rely on, but you’ll be glad it’s there if you ever do.

2 years ago we installed IGLA and Thinkware Dashcam on her 2023 Durango Hellcat.

This time, it’s for this 2022 Dodge Challenger.

The owner lives in BC now but made the trip back to Edmonton and booked with us again luckily, the timing worked out. That kind of trust means a lot.

Now roadtrips will come with more peace of mind and archive ready with those 2 interior cameras of the BOTSLAB dashcam 😎

People ask me all the time, ‘What’s the best dashcam?’

There are good options at almost every price point. Sure, the expensive ones have more features, but the best dashcam is the one that’s actually recording when you need it.

Ultimately, go with something that fits your budget.

One thing I will say though—be careful when choosing something that’s way cheaper than most of the other options out there.

However, the best dashcam gets tested when you forget about it already down the road. 2-3 yrs from now, incase the unfortunat happens with your vehicle, you’d want something that actually record and not corrupted or jumpy videos.

Also - you pay for insurance every month, but without footage, accidents can turn into one person’s word against another.

This customer brought in a 70mai dashcam with a hardwire kit for his 2023 BMW X3.

It’s a two-channel system, meaning it records both the front and rear of the vehicle.
