One fleet. Three trucks. Three different problems. One shop.

Truck 1: A 24' dry freight van body with a damaged roll-up door and worn liftgate. Full door replacement and Maxon liftgate rebuild.

Truck 2: A service body with corroded panels and a VMAC compressor that needed a full service kit. Panel repair, refinish, and VMAC overhaul.

Truck 3: A new chassis that needed a custom Brutus service body with integrated Auto Crane and underbody storage. Full custom build from spec to delivery.

Three trucks. Three different scopes. All handled under one roof by one team.

Your VMAC compressor is running daily now. Here's how to keep it that way.

Field season means your underhood air compressor is under heavy, sustained load. A few maintenance habits make the difference between reliable air and a roadside breakdown.

Weekly checks:
✅ Belt tension and condition
✅ Oil level
✅ Air filter inspection
✅ Listen for unusual noise under load

Monthly or per service interval:
✅ Oil and filter change
✅ Air/oil separator inspection
✅ Hose and fitting check for leaks
✅ System pressure test

Seasonal:
✅ Full VMAC service kit install (we stock OEM kits for all models)
✅ Complete system inspection by certified tech
