The standard is the standard — and it’s time to raise it.

We brought our GMs and GSMs together at Victoria Hyundai for a workshop focused on challenging ourselves, identifying what isn’t working and working together to find solutions.

When inconsistency becomes the standard, it’s time to change it. This session was about getting aligned, holding ourselves accountable and finding ways to level up across the entire group.

Objection handling isn’t about pushing back — it’s about making the customer feel heard and comfortable.

Sometimes simply saying **“I understand”** can go a long way. Listen to the concern, acknowledge it, and work through it together. The goal is to build trust, not pressure.

It’s not enough to tell a customer what the fees are — we need to be able to explain what they’re for and the value behind them. Clear, confident answers build trust and create a better customer experience.
