Discover Camping’s online reservation system and call centre will be available to accept new reservations beginning May 25 at 7:00 am PT.

For this camping season, we will be operating with a 2-month rolling booking window. This means that when the system opens on May 25, visitors will be able to book reservations for arrival dates up to July 25. On May 26, July 26 arrivals will be available, and so on.

In support of staying local and avoiding unnecessary travel, BC residents will be given preferential access for the 2020 camping season. Non-BC residents with existing reservations should contact the call centre prior to June 15 to receive a full refund. Reservations made by non-residents after the system reopens on May 25th may be subject to immediate cancellation.

An email outlining reservation and policy changes, including delayed openings and closed campgrounds has gone out to DC customers today. If you have an existing reservation but your plans have changed, you can cancel through our call centre for a full refund by June 15.

Please note, many campsites were already booked prior to the park system closure in March. Accurate availability will display when the system launches May 25.

Be sure to gather your DC login information, preferred campsite numbers, and method of payment so you’re ready when booking opens.

However we will be taking all steps needed to keep customers and employees safe. We ask that if you are visiting us at the store please maintain distance of 6 feet min. And if you prefer to call in orders for parts we will gladly accommodate these services and can do no contact pick up. We can also do no contact drop off and pick up of your RV’s and trailers if you are in need of servicing.
