We have an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Parts/Service Advisor.

The Ideal Candidate
• Possess strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs, and can confidently explain recommendations and repairs to customers of all experience levels.
• Are punctual, dependable, and have excellent time management skills.
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, identifying needs, resolving issues, and recommending additional products or services when appropriate.
• Are self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring work orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
• Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Stay organized and efficient while managing multiple customers and work orders simultaneously.
• Have a proven ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Are comfortable using computer systems and technology.
