We’re Hiring – Working Shop Foreman (310T Licensed Technician) 🚨
Wyss Diesel is looking for an experienced 310T Licensed Technician to step into a Shop Foreman role.
We’re searching for someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys mentoring a team in a fast-paced truck repair shop.
What we’re looking for:
Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Leadership experience or the drive to lead a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work while maintaining high-quality standards
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
What you’ll do:
Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
Support and mentor technicians and apprentices
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
Work closely with management to keep the shop running smoothly
