After years of hard work, long days, and unforgettable memories, we have officially sold Detail Project.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single customer who trusted us with your vehicles and supported our journey. What started as a vision between father and son grew into something we are incredibly proud of because of your loyalty and support.

We’re excited to announce that new ownership will officially take over starting May 27th. We are confident the business is in great hands and know they will continue providing the quality service and care that you’ve come to expect. Everything will continue as normal, including detailing appointments and dealership jobs!

To all of our clients, friends, and supporters — thank you for being part of this chapter with us. The relationships, memories, and support over the years have meant more than words can describe.

This isn’t goodbye forever — just the closing of an amazing chapter. ❤️

What an awesome gesture by the Cornwall Police Service 😎

#545 - Cst. Marsolais of the Cornwall Police Service conducted a traffic stop this morning in front of Detail Project on Marlborough Street.

This is Mike and his son, who didn’t receive a traffic violation — instead, they received a complimentary car wash from Bilal and his hardworking team at Detail Project after Mike was found to be in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act.

Great job following the rules of the road!

This was one of our most meaningful and memorable events at Detail Project. Giving back to our community is something we truly believe in and continuously strive to encourage.

This year, we hosted a “Pay What You Can” car wash, donating 100% of the proceeds to CHEO. In just six hours, we raised $1,211.53 while providing exterior vehicle washes—a result that exceeded our expectations and reflects the generosity of our community.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support the event. Your contributions and encouragement mean more to us than words can express.

A huge special thank you to Chad Orchard for making this beautiful video for the event and being with us all day to get the perfect shots and motivate our team! He did this video as a donation to help get the message across! Thank you so much Chad! For all your video needs, reach out to him!

What an incredible turnout! Thank you to everyone who stopped by and contributed to this meaningful cause. TOGETHER, WE RAISED $1,211.51 IN JUST 6 HOURS. We sincerely appreciate your generosity, support, and enthusiasm.

This event was to raise funds for CHEO through Paige Mousseau who unfortunately lost her older brother in 2020 due to Hirschsprung disease. He was in and out of cheo for 20 years before he passed away and they always made sure to take great care of him and his beautiful family! We remember Parker today and everyday!

🚗 CHARITY WASH DAY 🚗💙
Join us on Sunday, April 26th for a very special Pay-What-You-Want Car Wash Day in support of an incredible cause.

For this one-day event, 100% of all proceeds will be donated to CHEO to help support the amazing care they provide to children and families in our community.

This event is held in memory of Parker Mousseau, a brave young boy who fought Hirschsprung’s disease from just four weeks old. Parker underwent nine surgeries before the age of three, along with multiple extended hospital stays—sometimes returning every 29 days due to complications. His strength and fight continue to inspire us. 💙

We are honoured to be partnering with his sister, Paige Mousseau, to help carry on his legacy and raise as much as possible for CHEO.

UPDATE: Hello Cornwall,

I just wanted to take a moment to give a quick update since I’ve been receiving a lot of messages asking where I’ve been. Unfortunately, I recently tore my ACL and will be needing surgery, which has temporarily kept me away while I focus on recovery.

The good news is that the business is still running smoothly and operating as usual. I have an amazing team holding everything down, so you can expect the same quality service without interruption.

I truly appreciate all the messages, support, and concern — it means more than you know. I’m looking forward to getting back to full strength and being hands-on again soon. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding!
