some jobs we’ve recently completed,
1. water and sewer install. industry standard materials to ensure that the pipes are laid right the first time. But when cracked and leaking pipes are damaging your business, we are prepared to address your repair needs as well. There are three main causes of pipe damage in water and sewer lines: 1) lack of preventative maintenance; 2) environmental changes; and 3) the deteriorating effects of time on aging pipes. If water and sewage lines are not properly installed, the maintenance later can cost you and your business even more money. Proper preventative maintenance is best handled at the installation stage. Otherwise, problems that often arise include loose or leaky joints, broken seals, and root perpetration. These common issues can cause fluid from the pipes to leak into the ground or even into other pipes. This, in turn, leads to further corrosion of the exposed pipe. Once this process of corroded pipe damage begins, it can lead to collapses in the line and restricted flow.

5. Weeping Tile + sump pump, In a trench dug around the outside perimeter of a newly built home, the plastic pipes are placed, holes side up. They can also be placed under the basement floor inside the house. When the ground water level begins to rise, the water flows through the holes into the pipe and follows the pipe’s incline to discharge the water away from the house. If a sump pump has been installed, then the water flows through the pipes into the sump pump where it is pumped away.
