Good day,

As many of you are aware, we are now an authorized Purolator drop-off and pick-up agent. This means we accept packages for shipment via Purolator, as well as packages dropped off by the Purolator truck after an attempted delivery to your door.

If for any reason you did not receive your package at your door, the Purolator driver will leave a "door knocker" slip. This slip will include the time and date you can pick up your package at our location. Once your package is scanned into our system, you will receive a notification confirming that your package is ready for pick-up. Packages will be held at our location for 5 business days. After this period, uncollected packages will be returned to Purolator.

If you have any questions or concerns about your package's delivery, please contact Purolator directly at their toll-free number: 1-888-744-7123.

Please note, we are a drop-off and pick-up agent only. We have no control over sorting, deliveries, or any other services outside of the specific tasks we are authorized to perform.
