This no-charge, 10 year/400,000 km limited warranty covers repairs or replacement of critical engine components, including your transmission or transaxle, when you have your vehicle regularly maintained/repaired at any participating NAPA AUTOPRO Service Centre in Canada. For coverage, your vehicle must have less than 60,000 km and have been manufactured within the previous 48 months.

🧡 EVERY CHILD MATTERS — TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION DAY 🧡

Blue Mountain AUTOPRO – NexDrive will be closed Wednesday, September 30th in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

This day honours the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

We believe it is important to take time to listen, learn, reflect and recognize the lasting impact of residential schools in Canada and the importance of continuing the path toward reconciliation.

We will reopen for regular business hours on Thursday, October 1st.

⚡🔧 TESLA TUESDAY! 🔧⚡

This 2021 Tesla Model Y AWD has reached an impressive 197,000 km and was in for some important preventative EV maintenance.

Both the front and rear Electric Drive Units (EDUs) were serviced. Each drive unit contains gearbox oil that lubricates and cools the internal gears, bearings and electric motor components, along with a serviceable oil filter that helps capture contaminants and wear material circulating through the system.

When performing the EDU service, we replace the gearbox fluid, oil filters and required seals — not simply drain and refill the fluid.

EVs may require less traditional maintenance, but they’re definitely not maintenance-free!

EVs require less traditional maintenance — but they’re not maintenance-free!

Battery — precondition while plugged in during cold weather to help preserve range.
Brakes — regenerative braking means your conventional brakes get less use. Regular cleaning and servicing helps prevent corrosion and sticking.
Tires — EV weight and instant torque make tire pressure, rotations and alignments especially important.
Cooling System — battery and drive-unit thermal management still requires inspection and maintenance.
Filters — cabin air and HEPA filters still need regular replacement.
Winter Range — expect reduced range in colder Canadian temperatures.

⚡🔧 TESLA TUESDAY — REGULAR MAINTENANCE STILL MATTERS! 🔧⚡

This 2020 Tesla Model 3 was in the shop today for some good old-fashioned preventative maintenance.

Today’s servicing included replacing the cabin air filters and HEPA filter, along with a complete brake service to keep the braking components clean, lubricated and operating properly.

Take a look at the difference between the old and new filters! Regular replacement helps maintain HVAC airflow and cabin air quality.

Brake servicing is also particularly important on EVs. Regenerative braking means the conventional brakes are used less frequently, which can allow corrosion to develop and brake components to begin sticking if they aren't periodically inspected and serviced.

No major repairs today — just the maintenance that helps keep this Model 3 in great shape.

🚙⚡ OUR SHUTTLE FLEET IS GROWING! ⚡🚙

We’re excited to add another vehicle to the Blue Mountain AUTOPRO – NexDrive fleet — our new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV!

Making it convenient to have your vehicle serviced has always been important to us. Our customers have access to shuttle service, courtesy vehicles, and pick-up & delivery options to help keep your day moving while your vehicle is in the shop.

And for all of our long-time customers from the Austin Heights area — we’ve got you covered! Even with our move to Port Coquitlam, we want to make it as easy as possible to continue looking after your vehicles. We have team members who live in the Austin Heights area, allowing us to continue offering shuttle service and vehicle pick-up & delivery, along with our courtesy vehicle fleet when needed.

Here’s Jordy in one of our new company vehicles, just about to head out and pick up a customer! This photo was taken during the summer, so if you look closely, you’ll notice we had a little shop helper riding along in the back seat too!

You’ll be seeing more of Jordy around the shop as she spends more time helping with the business, working at the front counter and lending a hand to Dave, me and our client support team when needed. You may also see her out on the road helping get our customers where they need to go.

As a NAPA AUTOPRO and NexDrive certified facility, adding an EV to our own fleet fits perfectly with where our business is heading — servicing the vehicles of today while continuing to prepare for the vehicles of tomorrow.
