**RACE DAY**

The final Race Day of the 2026 season is here! Thank you to everyone for bearing with us through the weather this week, none of it has been ideal for any of us, but the sun is out and we’re ready for day two!

After a few small rain showers over the evening, the pit area and track have handled the water well. This afternoon forecast has shifted for the better and we are all set to get this weekends action underway!

**First Class Auto Repairs & Rust Proofing ADDS TO PREDATOR, JR. 1, and FUTURES**

Angela Brown Hack & Jaydee Hack have stepped up and added $200 into the purse for Sr. Predator for both Friday and Saturdays events. They’ve also added $100 into the Jr. 1 purse for BOTH days, and have gathered some extra goodies for the Future drivers!

Thank you Haskell Coatings for the CNC laser work on the quick time awards! Darrin came on board as a sponsor at this year’s Stew Massender and is back on board with the Quick Time Award sponsor for Saturdays racing!

**Thursday 6:00PM Weather Update**

We have received no rain in the past 48 hours. We expect to get some this evening into the early hours of the morning. With the cooler temperatures of fall it’s tough to estimate how the water will settle into the pit area. However, the morning rainfall does not worry us at all. The late afternoon/ early evening weather is what could be problematic.

The current forecast calls for very light chance of trace rainfall throughout Friday afternoon/ evening, however has been trending to lower percentages every day.

Saturdays forecast looks good to go!

As of right now, we can’t confidently make a decision on tomorrow’s events, however Saturday will be a go. We will have a final decision regarding Friday Nights events by 11:00AM tomorrow morning.

**6th Annual Thanksgiving Throw Down Purse Update**

Brian Speelman of Twenty2 Lawn Care and Property Maintenance has stepped up and covered the Future drivers ENTRY FEES for BOTH days of racing this weekend!

Jeff Newham of Jeff’s Roofing & Renovations has added $600 into this weekends events!

Steve Vince with SCV Mobile Grain Cleaning has added an additional $700 into this weekends events!

Of these two individuals contributions, the $1300 has been divided amongst both Friday and Saturdays classes, and now have EIGHT classes guaranteed $300 to win, FOUR classes guaranteed $500 to win, and for its third time in history of the event, the Clone 375 division on Saturday will pay at least $1000 to win!

This puts us at well over $7000 in guaranteed payout across the two days!

**6th Annual Thanksgiving Throw Down Purse Updates, Entry Fees, and Weather Update**

Nick Herriven with Slack Karts, Performance MFG. has added some extra purse money into the Pro Jr. 1 ($50), Pro Jr. 2 ($100), Pro Jr. 3 ($100), and Pro Clone 375 ($100) divisions for Saturday, along with $50 into the winners share of Clone 375 on Friday!

Dwayne Brooks and Trish Brooks with Brooksy RV Rentals has also stepped up and added $500 in total to the winners share of Saturdays Jr Pro divisions:
$100 to Pro Jr. 1
$200 to Pro Jr. 2
$200 to Pro Jr. 3

**Entry Fees**
Entry fees for all classes are outlined below. Entry fees help with the payouts for 2nd on back, in order to keep a relatively stable pay scale in the higher payout classes, larger entry fees are needed, with our entry fee cap at $50 to keep overall cost as low as possible

**Weather Update**
We are aware of the possibility of rain on Friday. We will continue to monitor the forecast and radar throughout the evening and into tomorrow. In the event Fridays portion is rained out, the Friday classes will over ride the Warm-Up classes for Saturday, however we will maintain the Qualify/ feature format for those classes. In the event we feel Saturdays weather also turns for the worst, next weekend (October 23rd/ 24th) is our scheduled rain date. Our first resort will be to over ride warm up with Fridays classes, however the rain date of next weekend is a last resort if need be. We will have another update tomorrow.
