Parts & Service Advisor

Are you organized, customer-focused, and mechanically minded? NAS Mechanical Services Ltd. is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor to join our growing team!

In this role you'll be the connection between our customers, technicians, and suppliers—keeping repairs moving efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

🔧 Responsibilities:�• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email�• Source and order automotive & heavy-duty parts�• Prepare estimates and work orders�• Schedule service appointments�• Communicate repair updates with customers�• Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available when needed�• Receive inventory and maintain an organized parts department

✅ We're looking for someone who:
�• Has strong customer service and communication skills�• Is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment�• Has mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive/heavy-duty parts (preferred)�• Has computer experience and can learn new software�• Works well independently and as part of a team

🚗 WE’RE HIRING – PARTS TECHNICIAN 🔧

We are a busy, well-established small town mechanic shop looking to add a Parts Technician to our team to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing parts required for automotive and heavy-duty repairs and maintenance. This role is key to keeping our shop running efficiently. The successful candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys a mix of admin and hands-on work.

Position Details:
🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Occasional Saturdays may be required

What We’re Looking For:
• Some experience working in or around a mechanical shop
• General understanding of automotive/heavy-duty parts and how they work
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
~Must have valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract~

Assets (NOT REQUIRED- BUT A PLUS*)
✔️ Previous parts technician experience
✔️ Parts Technician Certificate
✔️ Mechanical background or hands-on experience
